I was selected as his partner in Mexico. We built together a lot of industrial constructions with great success. At year 1975 I was the adviser of the (CNIC) Mexican Chamber of Construction’s Industry. I founded the first Training Institute for Construction’s workers in Latin America, ICIC which one has trained more than one million Then in 1978 I received an invitation from the biggest Engineering Company from Australia named “Crooks, Michell, Peackock Stewart Pyu. Ltd” Some months later I received a document from them informing to me my company was the one selected for that association. Some time later I received an Invitation in order to participate in a contest to develop the whole engineering project, design and supervision of a new Grain Handling Plant at the Veracruz harbor in the State of Veracruz México. The Plant would be financed by the World Bank and it will load and unload ships of 50,000 metric tons at a speed of 400 metric tons per hour. We won and developed the whole Plant. This project lasted about 3 years and was inaugurated by México’s President Luis Echeverría.
